When visitors leave comments, we collect data shown in the comments form, IP addresses, and browser user agent strings for spam detection. An anonymized email hash may be sent to Gravatar to check if you use it. After approval, your profile picture is visible with your comment.

Cookies

• Order Details: Save name, email, and website for a year.
• Login Details: Temporary cookie to check browser acceptance; login cookies last two days, screen options cookies last a year. “Remember Me” keeps login for two weeks. Logout removes login cookies.
• Editing: A cookie with no personal data indicates the post ID and expires in a day.

Data Retention

Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely. Registered users can see, edit, or delete their personal information, except for their username. Admins can also see and edit this information.
